AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the U.S. 
Virgin Islands (FEMA-3152-EM), dated November 17, 1999, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: November 20, 1999.
