Partnership; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

December 2, 1994.
    Take notice that on November 30, 1994, the above-listed companies 
tendered for filing as part of their FERC Gas Tariff, revised tariff 
sheets, with a proposed effective date of January 1, 1995.
    The companies state the tariff sheets are being filed to reflect 
the Gas Research Institute's (GRI) 1995 Funding Mechanism, as 
authorized by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Order issued on 
October 3, 1994, in Docket No. RP94-283-000, Ordering Paragraph (B).
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest a filing should file 
a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, DC 20426, in 
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice 
and Procedure. All such motions or protests should be filed on or 
before December 9, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make protestants parties to the proceedings. Any person wishing to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of the filings 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
