Acid Rain Program: Notice of Final Permits
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Notice of permits.

SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving 5-year
nitrogen oxides compliance plans, according to the Acid Rain Program
regulations (40 CFR part 76), for the following 15 utility plants:
Armstrong, Bruce Mansfield, Conemaugh, New Castle, Portland, and
Shawville in Pennsylvania; Albright, Fort Martin, and Harrison in West
Virginia; Cayuga, F B Culley, Frank E Ratts, Gibson, H T Pritchard,
Petersburg, R Gallagher, and Wabash River in Indiana.
Additionally, EPA is approving a 5-year sulfur dioxide compliance
plan for Pritchard and Petersburg in Indiana.
