    ACTION: Correction notice.

    APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE: The date the applications will be available is 
    revised to ``January 6, 1995.''
    
    APPLICATION DEADLINE
    DATES: The date the applications will be due is revised to ``June 16, 
    1995.''
    
    ESTIMATED RANGE OF REWARDS: The estimated range of awards is revised to 
    ``$250,000 to $375,000.''
    
    ESTIMATED AVERAGE SIZE OF AWARDS: The estimated average size of awards 
    is revised to ``$300,000.''
    
    STATUTORY PRIORITY: Section 130(b)(4) of the Rehabilitation Act 
    provides that in making new awards under this program the Secretary 
    gives priority consideration to applications for the continuation of 
    tribal programs that have been funded under this program. For this 
    competition in fiscal year 1995, the Secretary will implement this 
    priority by giving a competitive preference of 10 bonus points, in 
    accordance with 34 CFR 75.105(c)(2)(i), to applications that meet this 
    priority.
        On June 10, 1994, the Secretary published in the Federal Register 
    (59 FR 30190, 30201, and 30213) a notice inviting applications for new 
    awards for fiscal year 1995 under Vocational Rehabilitation Service 
    Projects for American Indians With Disabilities. Detailed information 
    concerning that competition was included in that notice.
        The purpose of this notice is to correct the date the applications 
    will be available, the date the applications will be due, the estimated 
    range of awards, and the estimated average size of the awards. The 
    purpose of this notice is also to explain how the statutory priority to 
    continue funding for previously funded tribal programs will be 
    implemented in this competition.
