Colorado Interstate Gas Co.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC 
Gas Tariff

December 5, 1994.
    Take notice that on December 1, 1994, Colorado Interstate Gas 
Company (CIG), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
First Revised Volume No. 1, Ninth Revised Sheet No. 11, with a proposed 
effective date of January 1, 1995.
    CIG states that the filing was made pursuant to CIG's FERC Gas 
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, General Terms and Conditions, 
Article 21.7 (Account No. 858 Stranded Costs).
    CIG states that copies of the filing were served upon the company's 
jurisdictional customers and interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capital Street, NE., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with Sec. 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and 
Regulations. All such motions or protests should be filed on or before 
December 12, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
in the Public Reference Room.
