Customs Commercial Gauger Approval of OMNI Measurement
AGENCY: U.S. Customs Service, Department of the Treasury.
ACTION: Notice of approval of OMNI Measurement, as a commercial gauger.

SUMMARY: OMNI Measurement (a.k.a. William J. Plocheck) of Crosby, Texas
has applied to U.S. Customs for approval to gauge imported petroleum,
petroleum products, organic chemicals and vegetable and animal oils
under Part 151.13 of the Customs Regulations (19 CFR 151.13) at their
Crosby, Texas facility. Customs has determined that this facility meets
all of the requirements for approval as a commercial gauger. Therefore,
in accordance with Part 151.13(f) of the Customs Regulations, OMNI
Measurement's Crosby, Texas site is approved to gauge the products
named above in all Customs districts.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
Part 151 of the Customs Regulations provides for the acceptance at
Customs Districts of laboratory analyses and gauging reports for
certain products from Customs accredited commercial laboratories and
approved gaugers. OMNI Measurement, of Crosby, Texas has applied to
Customs for commercial gauger approval. Customs has determined that
OMNI Measurement meets all the requirements for approval as a
commercial gauger. Therefore, in accordance with part 151.13(f) of the
Customs Regulations, OMNI Measurement's Crosby, Texas site is approved
to gauge the products named above in all Customs districts.

OMNI Measurement's approved site is located at: 914 Kennings
Avenue, Crosby, Texas 77532.
