Paiute states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the
requirements of Order Nos. 582 and 582-A, issued in Docket No. RM95-3,
in which the Commission reorganized, revised, and updated its
regulations governing the form, composition, and filing of rates and

Paiute indicates that the tendered tariff sheets revise Paiute's
tariff to:

general terms and conditions;

its rates;

(5) update references to sections of the Commission's regulations
that have been changed; and
(6) clarify that all of the General Terms and Conditions apply to
Rate Schedule IT-1.
