U.S. Census Monitoring Board; Notice of Public Hearing on the 
Census 2000 Dress Rehearsal

    Pursuant to P.L. 105-119, the enabling statute for the U.S. Census 
Monitoring Board, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the U.S. 
Census Monitoring Board will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 1998 
from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the City of Sacramento Council 
Chambers, 915 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814-2684.
    This meeting will be open to the public. The topic for discussion 
will be the Census 2000 Dress Rehearsal.
