E5-7147. Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

  • Start Preamble December 2, 2005.

Take notice that on November 30, 2005, Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing the following revised sheet to its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, to be effective on December 30, 2005:

    Seventh Revised Sheet No. 51,

    Second Revised Sheet No. 116,

    Seventh Revised Sheet No. 181,

    Fourth Revised Sheet No. 190.

On a periodic basis, Iroquois reviews the provisions in its tariff for consistency and accuracy. During a recent review of the tariff, Iroquois staff discovered that the term “Transporter's Transportation Log”, referenced in four different sections of the tariff, is no longer valid due to advancements made to the company's Web site information gathering system and requests said reference to be deleted.

Iroquois states that copies of its filing were served on all jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies and all parties to the proceeding.
