On October 13, 2014 and supplemented on November 24, 2014, Trafalgar Power, Inc. (transferor) and ECOsponsible, LLC (transferee) filed an application for transfer of license of the Herkimer Project, FERC No. 9709. The project is located on the West Canada Creek in Herkimer County, New York.

The transferor and transferee seek Commission approval to transfer the license for the Herkimer Project from the transferor to the transferee.
