FCC To Hold Open Commission Meeting, Thursday, February 3, 1994
The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on
the subjects listed below on Thursday, February 3, 1994, which is
scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m., in room 856, at 1919 M Street NW.,
Washington, DC.

consider adoption of a Memorandum Opinion and Order addressing
issues raised on reconsideration of the First Report and Order.

3(n) and 332 of the Communications Act. Regulatory Treatment of
Mobile Services (GEN Docket No. 93-252). Summary: The Commission
will consider adoption of a Second Report and Order revising our
rules to implement sections 3(n) and 332 of the Communications Act
as amended by section 6002(b) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation
Act of 1993.
This meeting may be continued the following work day to allow the
Commission to complete appropriate action.
