National Institute of Child Health and Human Development; Notice
of Meeting of the National Advisory Child Health and Human Development
Council
Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the
meeting of the National Advisory Child Health and Human Development
Council on February 23, 1996, at the National Institutes of Health,
9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, Maryland. The meeting will be conducted
via a telephone conference call originating in the Natcher Conference
Center, Building 45, Conference Rooms E1 and E2.
In accordance with the provisions set forth in sections 552b(c)(4),
and 552b(c)(6), Title 5, United States Code and sections 10(d) of
Public Law 92-463, the meeting of the full Council will be closed to
the public on February 23 from 10:00 a.m. until adjournment for the
review, discussion, and evaluation of individual grant applications.
These applications and the discussions could reveal confidential trade
secrets or

commercial property such as patentable material, and personal
information concerning individuals associated with the applications,
the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion
of personal privacy.

meeting and a roster of Council members.
