    Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation; Notice of Filing
    
    January 26, 1996.
        Take notice that on January 19, 1996, Transcontinental Gas Pipe 
    Line Company (Transco) filed a revised Code of Conduct pursuant to 
    Order Nos. 566 et seq.\1\ Transco states that the purpose of the filing 
    is to reflect changes to its list of marketing affiliates, shared 
    directors and officers resulting from the merger of Transco Energy 
    Company (Transco's former parent) with a subsidiary of the Williams 
    Companies, Inc.

        Transco states that copies of this filing have been mailed to 
    customers, state commissions and other interested parties.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
    file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC., 20426, 
    in accordance with Rules 211 or 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
    Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214). All such motions to 
    intervene or protest should be filed on or before February 12, 1996. 
    Protest will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
    appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to make protestants 
    parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
    file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
    Commission and are available for public inspection.
