Disaster Declaration
AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, (FEMA-1093-DR), dated January 21, 1996,
and related determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: January 22, 1996.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is hereby amended to include the
following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely
affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President
in his declaration of January 21, 1996:
Allegheny, Bedford, Blair, Bradford, Cambria, Centre,
Clearfield, Cumberland, Fayette, Huntingdon, Lackawanna, Lycoming,
McKean, Mifflin, Northumberland, Somerset, Westmoreland, Washington,
Wyoming and York Counties for Individual Assistance.
