1 CFR Chapter III


Removal of CFR Chapter

    Effective February 1, 1996, the Administrative Conference of the 
United States (ACUS) is terminated by Public Law 104-52, 104 Stat. 480 
(see 5 U.S.C. note preceding 591). Therefore, the Office of the Federal 
Register is removing ACUS regulations from the Code of Federal 
Regulations pursuant to its authority to maintain an orderly system of 
codification under 44 U.S.C. 1510 and 1 CFR part 8.
    Accordingly, 1 CFR is amended by removing parts 301 through 326 and 
vacating Chapter III.
