Approval of Conversion Application
Notice is hereby given that on February 2, 1994, the Deputy
Assistant Director, Corporate Activities Division, Office of Thrift
Supervision, or her designee, acting pursuant to delegated authority,
approved the application of Redlands Federal Bank, a federal savings
bank, Redlands, California, convert to the stock form of organization.
