Filing of Plat of Dependent Resurvey of the Land Held in Trust 
for the Wampanoag Tribal Council of Gay Head, Inc.

    The plat, in four sheets, of a portion of the dependent resurvey of 
the boundaries of the land held in trust for the Wampanoag Tribal 
Council of Gay Head, Inc., of the town of Gay Head, Dukes County, 
Massachusetts, has been officially filed in Eastern States, 
Springfield, Virginia, at 7:30 a.m., on February 2, 1994.
    The survey was made upon request submitted by the Bureau of Indian 
Affairs.
    Copies of the plat will be made available upon request and 
prepayment of the reproduction fee of $4.00 per copy.
