Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.
ACTION: Delete record systems.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy proposes to delete systems of
records notices in its inventory of records systems subject to the
Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended. The amendment consists
of changing the system identifier of N01740-2, Family Dependent Care
Program, last published on October 17, 1996, at 61 FR 54176, to N01740-
1, Family Dependent Care Program.
DATES: The actions will be effective on March 12, 1997, unless comments
are received that would result in a contrary determination.
