SUMMARY: In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the
Bureau of Land Management (BLM), as lead agency, and in cooperation
with the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) has prepared a Draft Supplement
(Supplement) to the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the
TransColorado Gas Transmission (TransColorado) project on federal lands
    in Colorado and New Mexico.
An amendment to the Notice of Availability for the Draft Supplement
    was published on February 2, 1998 (Volume 63, Number 21, Page 5400-
5401) in the Federal Register. In that amendment, the date on which
written comments on the Draft Supplement must be postmarked or
submitted was incorrectly shown as being March 10, 1998. This Notice
amends the date on which written comments on the Draft Supplement must
be postmarked or submitted. The correct date on which written comments
on the Draft Supplement must be submitted or postmarked is no later
than March 18, 1998, to coincide with the date the public comment
period on the Draft Supplement ends. This Notice also includes the date
and starting time of the public meeting on the Draft Supplement to be
held in Grand Junction, Colorado. The Amendment published in the
Federal Register on February 2, 1998 for the Draft Supplement omitted
the date of the Grand Junction meeting. The Grand Junction meeting will
be held on February 19, 1998, at 7:00 pm at the Holiday Inn, 755
Horizon Drive in Grand Junction, Colorado. Written comments on the
Draft Supplement may be submitted at the Grand Junction meeting and two
other public meetings to be held on February 17, 1998 at 7:00 pm at the
Double Tree Inn, 501 Camino del Rio in Durango, Colorado, and on
February 18, 1998 at 7:00 pm at the Ponderosa Restaurant, 108 South 8th
    in Dolores, Colorado.
