Title VI, National Resource Centers (NRC) and Foreign Language
and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowships Programs; Notice of Technical
Assistance Workshop for Fiscal year (FY) 2000 Grant Applications
SUMMARY: The Secretary announces a technical assistance workshop to
assist institutions of higher education in preparing grant applications
for the Title VI, National Resource Centers (NRC) and Foreign Language
and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowships Programs fiscal year (FY) 2000
grant competition.
DATE AND TIME: The technical assistance workshop will be held on Monday
and Tuesday, March 8-9, 1999, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
