This is a notice of an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) declaration for the State of Washington, dated 01/30/2009.

Incident: December 2008 Snowstorms.

Incident Period: 12/12/2008 through 01/05/2009.

EFFECTIVE DATE:

01/30/2009.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/30/2009.

Contiguous Counties:

Washington: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Clallam, Columbia, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Grant, Lincoln, Mason, Pacific, Pend Oreille, Skamania, Wahkiakum, Whatcom, Yakima.

Idaho: Benewah, Bonner, Kootenai, Latah, Nez Perce.

Oregon: Columbia, Gilliam, Hood River, Morrow, Multnomah, Sherman, Umatilla, Wallowa, Wasco.

The Interest Rate is: 4.000.

The number assigned to this disaster for economic injury is 116400.
