    Transwestern Pipeline Co.; Filing
    
    February 7, 1994.
        Take notice that on January 31, 1994, Transwestern Pipeline Company 
    (Transwestern) filed revised standards of conduct to reflect that it no 
    longer shares an operating employee with its sales marketing division, 
    and to delete the reference to gas sales and marketing information in 
    Standard F in accordance with Order No. 497-E.\1\

        \1\Order No. 497-E, order on rehearing and extending sunset 
    date, 59 FR 243 (January 4, 1994), 65 FERC  61,381 (December 23, 
    1993).

        Transwestern states that copies of the filing have been mailed to 
    its gas utility customers, interested state commissions and all other 
    parties to this proceeding.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
    file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street NE., Washington, DC 
    20426, in accordance with Rules 211 or 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
    Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214). All such motions to 
    intervene or protest should be filed on or before February 22, 1994. 
    Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
    appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to make protestants 
    parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
    file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
    Commission and are available for public inspection.
