BJ Services Company, USA, Houston, TX; Notice of Termination of 
Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on December 21, 1998, in response to a petition filed on 
the same date on behalf of workers at BJ Services Company, USA, 
Houston, Texas.
    Currently, there is a petition investigation (TA-W-35,204) in 
progress for the workers at the subject firm. Consequently, further 
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the 
investigation has been terminated.
