SUMMARY: In accordance with Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (P.L. 92-463), announcement is made of the following 
meeting.
    Name of Meeting: The Draft Baltimore Harbor, Anchorages and 
Channels Feasibility Study and Environmental Impact Statement 
Information Meeting.
    Date of Meeting: February 26, 1997.
    Place: Maryland Port Authority, 2310 Broening Hwy, Point Breeze
