State of Florida

    Manatee County and the contiguous Counties of DeSoto, Hardee, 
Hillsborough, Polk, and Sarasota in the State of Florida constitute a 
disaster area as a result of damages caused by severe storms and 
flooding that occurred on January 23, 1998. Applications for loans for 
physical damage may be filed until the close of business on April 2, 
1998, and for economic injury until the close of business on October 
30, 1998 at the address listed below or other locally announced 
locations:
