AGENCY: Food and Drug Administration, HHS.

ACTION: Notice; correction.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice 
that appeared in the Federal Register of January 5, 1999 (64 FR 516). 
The document announced that a collection of information entitled 
``Reporting and Recordkeeping for Electronic Products: Specific Product 
Requirements'' has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget 
under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The document was 
inadvertently published with an incorrect docket number. This document 
corrects that error.
