Intent To Prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) 
for a Proposed Small Boat Harbor at Tatitlek, Alaska

AGENCY: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, DoD.

ACTION: NOI correction.

SUMMARY: In previous Federal Register notice (Vol 63, No. 187, pages 
51567-51568) Monday, September 28, 1998, make the following correction:
    On page 51568, in column one, line 56, the sentence ``The estimated 
date for a DEIS is February 15, 1999.'' should be deleted. 
Unfortunately, the DEIS will not be ready for publication until 
approximately November 1999 because of the additional field 
investigations to be conducted during the summer.
