Sunshine Act Meeting of the Board of Directors Committee on 
Provision for the Delivery of Legal Services

TIME AND DATE: The Committee on Provision for the Delivery of Legal 
Services of the Legal Services Corporation Board of Directors will meet 
on February 21, 1999. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m.and continue 
until the Committee concludes its agenda.

LOCATION: Eden Roc Hotel, 4525 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140.

    2. Approval of minutes of the Committee's meeting of November 15,

competitive grants process.
    4. Report by the Office of Program Performance on the state 
planning process.
    5. Consider and act on other business.
6. Public Comment.
