ANR Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
Tariff

February 10, 1998.
    Take notice that on February 5, 1998, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) 
tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised 
Volume No. 1, Substitute Eighth Revised Sheet No. 10 to be effective 
November 1, 1997.
    ANR states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the 
Commission's January 21, 1998 Letter Order in this proceeding. That 
Order directed ANR to state in its tariff the Maximum Daily Capacity 
Release Rates for the storage service provided under ANR's Rate 
Schedule FSS.
    ANR states that copies of the filing have been mailed to all 
affected customers and State regulatory commissions.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commissions Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
