Tenaska Washington Partners, L.P.; Order Granting Long-Term
Authorization To Import Natural Gas From Canada
AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.
ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives
notice that it has issued an order granting Tenaska Washington
Partners, L.P., long-term authorization to import 50,000 MMBtu
(approximately 50,000 Mcf) of natural gas per day from Canada
commencing on January 28, 1998, and continuing through December 31,
2011. The natural gas will be imported at Sumas, Washington, under a
supply arrangement with Puget Sound Energy, Inc.
This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of
Natural Gas & Petroleum Import and Export
