ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rule making
filed on behalf of East Arkansas Broadcasters, Inc., permittee of
Station KQMC-FM, Channel 272C2, Brinkley, Arkanasas, requesting the
reallotment of Channel 272C2 to Colt, Arkansas, and modification of the
authorization for Station KQMC-FM to specify Colt as its community of
license, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.420(i) of the
Commission's Rules. Coordinates used for Channel 272C2 at Colt,
Arkansas, are 34-58-10 and 90-51-07.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before March 30, 1998, and reply
comments on or before April 14, 1998.
