    Notice is hereby given that on February 5, 1996, the Director, 
Corporate Activities, Office of Thrift Supervision, or her designee, 
acting pursuant to delegated authority, approved the application of 
Great American Federal Savings and Loan Association, Pittsburgh, 
Pennsylvania, to convert to the stock form of organization. Copies of
