summary: NASA hereby gives notice that Micro Control, Incorporated, of 
4970 Countryside Drive, West Bloomfield, Michigan 48323, has applied 
for a partially exclusive license to practice the invention described 
and claimed in NASA Case Number LAR-14840-1, entitled ``VARIABLE AND 
FIXED FREQUENCY PULSED PHASE-LOCKED LOOP,'' and the invention described 
in NASA Case Number LAR-15376-1, entitled ``RELATIVE PHASE MEASUREMENT 
INSTRUMENT FOR MULTIPLE ECHO SYSTEMS,'' which are assigned to the 
United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the 
National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Written objections to 
the prospective grant of a license should be sent to Langley Research 
Center.
