    Take notice that the following hydroelectric application has been filed with the Commission and is available for public inspection:

    a. Application Type: Surrender of Conduit Exemption.

    b. Project No: 9045-002.

    c. Date Filed: November 16, 2005.

    d. Applicant: Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District.

    e. Name of Project: Mile 41.1 Project.

    f. Location: The project is located on the Mile 41.1 Conduit in Colusa County, California.

    g. Filed Pursuant to: Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 791a-825r.

    j. Status of Environmental Analysis: This application is ready for environmental analysis at this time, and the Commission is requesting comments, reply comments, recommendations, terms and conditions, and prescriptions.

    l. Description of Application: Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District proposes to surrender the exemption from licensing for the Stovall #2 Project. As part of its request, Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District proposes to decommission the project. The Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District will remove the turbine from the concrete penstock, the lids will be replaced and secured and water deliveries will continue through the same conduits that have been historically used.

Any comments, protests, or motions to intervene must be received on or before the specified comment date for the particular application.

Filing and Service of Responsive Documents: Any filings must bear in all capital letters the title “COMMENTS”, “RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, “PROTEST”, or “MOTION TO INTERVENE”, as applicable, and the Project Number of the particular application to which the filing refers.
