Partial Revocation of Executive Order No. 7693 Dated August 19,
1937; Washington
AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
ACTION: Public Land Order.

SUMMARY: This order revokes an Executive order insofar as it affects
11,725.30 acres of lands withdrawn for the Department of Agriculture
for the Northeast Washington Project, LA-WA 2. The lands are no longer
needed for the purpose for which they were withdrawn. The lands have
been conveyed out of Federal ownership and will not be restored to
surface entry.
EFFECTIVE DATE: March 17, 1994.

By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of the Interior
by Section 204 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976,
43 U.S.C. 1714 (1988), it is ordered as follows:
1. Executive Order No. 7693 dated August 19, 1937, which withdrew
public lands for reforestation, forestation, and soil erosion control
purposes, is hereby revoked insofar as it affects the following
