KN Wattenberg Transmission Limited Liability Co.; Proposed 
Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

February 9, 1994.
    Take notice that on February 7, 1994, KN Wattenberg Transmission 
Limited Liability Company, (KN Wattenberg) tendered for filing proposed 
changes in its FERC Gas Tariff.
    KN Wattenberg states that the filing updates the Schedule of Rates 
for Transportation to include a minimum surcharge of zero for the Gas 
Research Institute Charge (GRI) and adds GRI funding mechanism 
provisions, effective January 1, 1994 pursuant to the Commission's 
letter order dated January 21, 1994 in Docket No. TM94-2-117.
    KN Wattenberg states that copies of this filing were served upon KN 
Wattenberg's jurisdictional customers, and interested public bodies.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with 18 CFR 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed 
on or before February 16, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this 
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection in the public reference room.
