Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co.; Notice of Filing

February 9, 1995.
    Take notice that on February 6, 1995, Tennessee Gas Pipeline 
Company (Tennessee), tendered a response in compliance with the 
Commission's order issued on January 25, 1995, in which the Commission 
suspended Tennessee's general section 4 rate case filed on December 30, 
1994.
    Tennessee states that copies of the filing have been mailed to 
affected parties.
    Any persons desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, [[Page 8649]] 825 North 
Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 
of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR Section 
385.211). All such protests should be filed before February 16, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
