Notice; Meeting of the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary 
Advisory Council

AGENCY: Sanctuaries and Reserves Division (SRD), Office of Ocean and 
Coastal Resource Management (OCRM), National Ocean Service (NOS), 
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Department of 
Commerce.

SUMMARY: The Advisory Council was established in December 1995 to 
advise NOAA's Sanctuaries and Reserves Division regarding the 
management of the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary. The Advisory 
Council was convened under the National Marine Sanctuaries Act.

TIME AND PLACE: Thursday, February 23, 1996, from 10:00 until 4:00. The 
meeting will be held at the Olympic Natural Resource Center, 1455 South 
Forks Avenue, Forks, Washington.

AGENDA: General subjects to be covered will include election of Council 
officers; reports on research and education projects; a report from the 
Sanctuary manager; and general introductory discussions.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: The meeting will be open to the public. Seats 
will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
