    In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-
463, as amended), the National Science Foundation announces the 
following meeting.

    Name: Special Emphasis Panel in Human Resource Development 
(#1199).
    Date and Time: March 4 & 5, 1996, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

the progress and impact of their activities as well as learn about 
all of the PPD awards.
