    AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
    
    ACTION: Notice.

    SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
    Commonwealth of Virginia, (FEMA-1098-DR), dated January 27, 1996, and 
    related determinations.
    
    EFFECTIVE DATE: February 2, 1996

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the 
    Commonwealth of Virginia, is hereby amended to include Public 
    Assistance for the following areas among those areas determined to have 
    been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by 
    the President in his declaration of January 27, 1996:
    
    The counties of Alleghany, Augusta, Bath, Botetourt, Frederick, 
    Loudoun, Page, Rockbridge, Rockingham and Shenandoah and the City of 
    Covington for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual 
    Assistance and Hazard Mitigation Assistance).
    The counties of Bland, Giles, Grayson, Highland, Rappahanock, 
    Washington and Wythe for Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation 
    Assistance.
    The City of Harrisonburg for Individual Assistance and Hazard 
    Mitigation Assistance.
