Correction

    In rule document 96-961 beginning on page 1846, in the issue of 
Wednesday, January 24, 1996, make the following corrections:
    1.On page 1847, in the second column, under SUPPLEMENTARY 
INFORMATION:, in the heading entitled ``Changes from the Interim Final 
Rule'', in the second paragraph, in the eighth line, after the word 
``round'' insert ``except''.
    2.On the same page, in the same column, in the same paragraph, in 
the ninth line, ``35 deg.46.1'' should read ``35 deg.46.1' N. lat.''.
