SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Arkansas (FEMA-1744-DR), dated February 7, 2008, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Arkansas is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of February 7, 2008.

Conway, Izard, and Randolph Counties for Individual Assistance (already designated for debris removal and emergency protective measures [Categories A and B], including direct Federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program.)
