ADVO, et al.; Cancellation of Visit

February 8, 1994.
    Notice is hereby given that the Commission visits previously 
scheduled for February 8, 9, and 10, 1994, notice of which was 
published on February 2, 1994 (59 FR 4958), had to be cancelled due to 
weather conditions. In lieu of one of the intended visits, 
representatives of ADVO, Inc. made an oral presentation to members of 
the Commission and staff in the Commission's offices in Washington, DC 
on the afternoon of February 8, 1994. A report on the presentation will 
be on file in the Commission's Docket Room.
