Exemption--Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc.
Fredonia Valley Railroad, Inc., a Class III rail carrier, has filed
a notice of exemption under 49 CFR 1150.41 to acquire by lease from
Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc. and operate approximately 1.88 miles
of rail line located between milepost 97.25 (Survey Station 4577+00)
and Survey Station 4676+28, at Good Street, in Princeton, Caldwell

Board, Office of the Secretary, Case Control Unit, 1925 K Street, N.W.,
