Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 12/30/2005 through 01/04/2006.

Effective Date: 02/10/2006.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/11/2006.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/13/2006.
