AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rule making
filed on behalf of Mountain West Broadcasting requesting the allotment
of Channel 233A to New Castle, Colorado, as that community's first
local commercial FM transmission service. Coordinates used for this
proposal are 39-34-12 NL and 107-31-54 WL.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before March 29, 1999, and reply
comments on or before April 13, 1999.

Notice of Proposed Rule Making, MM Docket No. 99-27, adopted January
27, 1999, and released February 5, 1999. The full text of this

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply
to this proceeding.
