    SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Midwest 
    Dimensions, Inc., proposing the substitution of Channel 285C3 for 
    Channel 285A at Kaukauna, Wisconsin, reallotment of Channel 285C3 from 
    Kaukauna to Denmark, Wisconsin, and modification of the license for 
    Station WPCK to specify operation on Channel 285C3 at Denmark. The 
    coordinates for Channel 285C3 at Denmark are 44-24-38 and 87-34-20. In 
    accordance with Section 1.420(i) of the Commission's Rules, we shall 
    not accept competing expressions of interest in the use of Channel 
    285C3 at Denmark, Wisconsin, or require Midwest Dimensions, Inc. to 
    demonstrate the availability of an additional equivalent class channel 
    for use by such parties.
    
    DATES: Comments must be filed on or before March 29, 1999, and reply 
    comments on or before April 13, 1999.
