Take notice that on January 31, 2006, Gas Transmission Northwest Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing its “Annual Report on Deferred Revenue Recovery Mechanism and Revenue Reconciliation for the Year Ending October 31, 2005” for its Medford, Oregon Lateral.

Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211).
