SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Tri-
County Broadcasting, Inc., proposing the substitution of Channel 269C2
for Channel 269A at Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, and modification of the
license for Station WHMH(FM). The coordinates for Channel 269C2 are 45-

    for use by such parties.
