Privacy Act of 1974; Deletion of System of Records

AGENCY: Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration, HUD.

ACTION: Notification of deletion of an existing system of records.

SUMMARY: The Department proposes to delete one system of records from 
its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 
U.S.C. 552a), as amended.

EFFECTIVE DATE: The deletion will be effective February 18, 1994.

Reason:

    The information contained in this system of records, HUD/H-1, 
Section 8 Lower-Income Rental Assistance Files, will be subsumed in 
HUD/H-11, Tenant Housing Assistance and Contract Verification Data.
